I have long considered taking the - probably biggest – step in the life for most of us Student Athletes so far and deciding to study abroad in the US. There were 31 coaches from 22 different countries gathered in Mühlhausen, Thüringen in what was the old East Germany – only 3/4 hours to major cities such as Berlin, Munich etc.The course was organised highly professionally and covered in minute detail all aspects of the game: technical, tactical, physical, psychological, co-ordination and football conditioning. Coaching Credentials

WARUBI, UEFA, and USSF licensed coaches

Our team is led by UEFA A license holder and German Bundesliga Coach (FC Cologne) Rene Wagner.

Our Coaches are UEFA and/or USSF licensed members. We call it the WARUBI Coaching Standard. In addition, our coaches will follow guidelines developed by working with 500+ players throughout the years. All of our coaches have experience from playing on a professional and/or the highest college level.

In addition, our WARUBI coaches have access to a large database of international academies, semi pro and pro teams, training centers, college coaches, and more.

What is Warubi Sports?

WARUBI Sports is a full-service soccer management company that guides players and coaches through a variety of issues involving their collegiate and professional career. In addition, we have organized camps in cooperation with the German Football Federation in the United States and we help Bundesliga clubs and (sports) companies with internationalization in the United States.

Our network consists of more than 500 players & youth academy and senior level coaches, as well as more than 1500 men’s and women’s soccer coaches within the NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA across America.

What is private Coaching?

Our private coaching is a service that connects athletes with WARUBI coaches for soccer specific, one-on-one as well as group coaching. Unlike any other program, our players will get access to our network of college coaches, pro players, events, etc.

We’re helping players get the most out of themselves.

How do I find a coach and get started?

1. Search for a program in your area

We’ll recommend a few great WARUBI coaches, but you can also choose your own. Our coaches offer one-on-one training sessions, small group training, online training, and events like camps and clinics.

2. Book sessions with your WARUBI coach

Select the time you want to train on our calendar (or send us a message @ info@warubi-sports.com). After you request your sessions, your WARUBI coach will be in touch to discuss the details (location, what to bring, etc). Call or email your coach to set up your first training session!

3. Get training!

Now you're ready to train. Sharpen your skills, learn new moves, and improve your game. Receive actionable feedback from your coach after every training session. Remember, you're in good hands with our Good-Fit Guarantee.

Players & Parents: Our athletes and their supporters come to WARUBI to take their game to the next level.

Coaches: WARUBI coaches have extensive experience competing and coaching at a high level. All coaches have passed an Identification and Background Check, ensuring that our platform is a safe and secure community.

What are the ground rules?

Communication: Be polite, respectful, and don’t send spam with requests or offers to sell something. Be clear about dates, times, and locations. Provide thorough information to ensure smooth and efficient communication.
Stay on the platform: All sessions must be booked through warubi-sports.com - if sessions take place off the platform, we are unable to back up our athletes or coaches in the chance something goes awry.
When in doubt, reach out: If someone or something seems questionable or you are uncertain, contact us at support@warubi-sports.com.

Can I refer others to WARUBI?

We'd love for you to share your enthusiasm for WARUBI with your friends, family and colleagues!

When you refer somebody to WARUBI, they will receive $25 off their first session.

You will also earn $25 in WARUBI Cash that can be applied to sessions or merchandise. You will receive your WARUBI Cash when your friend books a package and the WARUBI coach accepts the booking request. Everybody wins!

How much does it cost to book training sessions?

Pricing varies based on the program (1-on-1, group,..) you choose; pricing can be requested once you select the time you want to book.

By the way, we do not charge any additional or hidden service or set up fees and all sessions booked through WARUBI Sports are covered by our Good-Fit Guarantee.

What is our Good-Fit Guarantee?

We believe that personalized quality coaching is the secret to reaching the next level in sports and life.

We thoroughly vet each of our coaches to ensure that they are highly qualified. Whether you are a player or the parent of a player, you can rest assured that you are in good hands training with a WARUBI Coach.

We are so confident in the quality of our coaches that we stand behind them with our Good Fit Guarantee, a 100% money-back guarantee on every one-on-one or small group session booked (in-person and online). We doubt you'll have to take advantage of our Good Fit Guarantee because athletes and parents love our coaches!

Due to high operational costs for Events, WARUBI is unable to offer a money-back guarantee for Events (including camps and clinics).

Should extenuating circumstances arise (the event was canceled, you booked the wrong event, etc.) please contact us directly and we'll make things right.

Once you experience training with a WARUBI Coach, we're sure you'll notice the immediate benefits personalized coaching can provide. However, if you are less than satisfied after your first session, just let us know and we will refund your payment in full.

*If you are unsatisfied with your coach for any reason, just let us know within 48 hours of completing your first session to receive a full refund. If you contact us outside the 48-hour window, we can issue a gift certificate for the total value of your remaining sessions that you can use toward another coach.

We fully understand that there are unique circumstances, so feel free to contact us. Bottom line — we will make it right for you.
