What to Expect:

This showcase will be held in Europe’s most densely packed region of football clubs – an impressive 4,260 German clubs within a 2.5-hour drive! Nearby countries like the Netherlands and Belgium are only about 3 hours away.

More than just a showcase, this event in a Bundesliga city in Germany gives you the chance to scout players, connect with college recruiters, and take part in coaching workshops led by the German FA.

As an American or Canadian passport holder, you can travel and visit without a visa for up to 90 days.

The citizens of the following countries do not need a tourist visa to enter Germany:

• Depending on where your home airport is in North America, a round-trip flight to Frankfurt, Germany will cost approximately $600–1,000 USD.
• Registration fee for coaches for the event is $150 USD.
• Adding the all-inclusive hotel, airport pickup, transportation, and food plan (check-in Friday and check-out Sunday) will cost +$450 USD, allowing you to relax and focus on scouting talent and networking without worrying about logistics in Germany.

Following your registration, travel instructions will be sent, and travel packages can be booked separately if assistance is needed. Don’t worry; we have assisted more than 500 players and coaches with their travel arrangements to Germany.

Note: we will have limited coach admission tickets due to the coaching education and classroom capacity.

What is not included:

• Flights to/from Germany are not included.
  Do not worry: If you need help with travel arrangements (flights and hotel), we will have travel packages available to choose from based on your needs and budget. Simply select the field when registering, and we will be in touch.
• Meal plan is not included. It can be selected as an add-on during the checkout process.
• European medical and accident insurance is not included but can be added as an add-on during the checkout process.
• DFB & Bundesliga Workshop: Certification workshop from the German FA, which can be applied as UEFA license extension credits (optional +$350).

Note: You can select an all-inclusive option in the checkout process that will cover all necessary travel arrangements (airport transit, hotel, and meal plan).

After that, you will get a second email with all final logistical details. This will answer questions about the schedule, travel, housing, and everything else you need to prepare for your time in Germany.

These details will be sent in early 2026.

We send the information closer to the event so that everything is accurate, up to date, and easy to understand. It also helps us avoid confusion and accommodate players who register later.
